This Privacy Policy explains how Meadow Feast Catering ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website at meadowfeast.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

  • Information you give us. When you use the "Request a Quote" form or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number (if provided), event details, and anything else you choose to send.
  • Messages to our AI assistant. If you use the on-site AI menu assistant, the messages you type are processed to generate a reply. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.
  • Automatic information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the Site secure and running. Our private admin area uses a login cookie; the public Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote;
  • To plan, schedule, and manage your catering event;
  • To keep the Site secure, working, and improving.

We do not sell your personal information.

How your information is stored and shared

Your inquiries are stored in our secure database. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the Site, who may process it on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting and database;
  • Resend — email notifications and replies;
  • Anthropic — the AI menu assistant.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies & "Do Not Track"

The public Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because we do not track visitors across other websites, we do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals (a disclosure required by California law).

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to serve you and for our ordinary business and legal records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
